Puerto Vallarta paradise

We had a great time! Pools were fun for the kids; they loved hanging out at the ocean, too. The restaurants and bars were very accommodating and had great servers. We enjoyed our evenings at Volare bar playing cards. Thanks, Martin, for all your hospitality!

Best-in-class service

Service is ALWAYS impeccable, and the servers are very attentive. The food and drinks are also excellent, especially breakfast at La Bamba, lunch at Mai Tai, and dinner at Amalfi. Javier, Angel, and Fania at Mai Tai go above and beyond every time; they are a big reason we keep coming back. Oliver at Los Palomas is also outstanding. Thank you for an excellent stay.
